I am currently working on changing my lifestyle. I am overweight and have blamed it on pregnancies for years. Now my youngest child is 9 and the excuse is old.
When I was younger, I always said I did not want to be overweight like many of the people I know. However, here I am weighing more than those people do. I have seen the stress the weight has put on their bodies and the health issues they have had due to that weight. I don't want to go through the same thing.

I have recently noticed my children picking up my same eating habits and immediately want to break these habits. The best way...be an example.
I took a break due to some illness and injuries but am back and ready to go!

My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose 75 lbs.
My short-term goal is to lose 1% of my body weight each week.
I have 2 very active children and I want to be able to keep up with them and be a role model for them and their fitness.
2015 Resolutions Summary:
1. Spiritual: Grow a deeper relationship with God.
2. Financial: Pay off all debt excluding mortgages. Refinance mortgages. Start saving for future purchases/events.
3. Personal: Have a better attitude about my job. Explore education opportunities. Become more organized. Become better equipped to defend myself.
4. Physical: Treat my body as the temple that it truly is. To have body that is pleasing to my husband. (Lose @ least 35 lbs this year with ultimate goal of 75. Exercise 5x's a week. Eat healthier. Drink more water.)
5. Family: Hold kids responsible for their actions. Reconnect w/family. Organize my home. Finish kids' rooms.
My Program:
I will accomplish my goal by increasing my physical activity, improving my eating habits and drinking water as I should.
