Determined to Make a Change!
I'm really happy with the results I've had so far, but things have come to a standstill lately. Now I'm ready to recommit to working at this again, and start seeing that scale go down even further!

My Goals:
I was nearly to my goal weight, but gained some of that weight back. Now I'm determined to lose at least 12 pounds, and if I can, lose those last 7. I would be fine to maintain at 142, though, if that's where my body is more comfortable.
My Program:
I had been a Lifetime member of Weight Watchers, which helped me get down to 142 earlier. However, when I retired two years ago I struggled a little and gained a few pounds back. Now I'm working to lose those pounds once again, and return to WW for help to maintain.
Personal Information:
I'm from Minnesota, and work out primarily indoors, using home workouts a lot so I don't have to worry about the weather!
I'm married with one adult son, who is married and living in Utah. We also have two dogs, which give us tremendous companionship and joy!
