Strong is the new Skinny!


Hola!

I originally joined Sparkpeople to lose baby weight...Ive lost 60 lbs to date with Sparkpeople, Over the last 2 years of trying to maintain, I've gained a bit back. Now I'm on a new mission to lose that weight and find ways to motivate myself once I can maintain again!

I'm also a mother, wife and full-time student, working on a degree in Nursing.

Goal #1-155 lbs- Met June 7th, 2011

Goal #2- 145 lbs- Met August 11th, 2011

Goal#3- 135 lbs - Met October 12th, 2011

Goal #4-125-Met January 2012

Goal #2- 130 lbs

Goal #3- 125 lbs

Goal #4- 120 lbs

My Program:
 I'm shooting for 1200-1450 cals a day. Sometimes I fall short, sometimes I go a little over. I'm trying to go heavy on the protein and light on the carbs. What I'm trying to do fitness-wise is just to stay active and stay motivated. I Love trying out different exercise videos on Sparkpeople and Youtube

    Hi! Thanks for your comment on my page. I love races. My next one is in June. It definitely keeps me on track and gives me something to train for and look forward to! They can get expensive. Let me know if you end up signing up for a 10k. That would be great! I hope you can do it. I remember you enjoy running and I think adding a future race will give you even more drive to keep training.

    Hey there, Great to hear from you!! Funny I just restarted shred again.... I was out of commision for a while cause I broke my foot... Restarted running on week 4 and restarted shred. You look awesome by the way!!!!
