I have been a yoyo dieter for years, but I am determined to break the cycle and get healthy. Here I go again!

My Goals:
I want to get healthy and feel better about myself.

My Program:
 I will eat fewer sweets, breads, and goodies and do some form of cardio exercise ( walking, swimming, elliptical, exercise DVD)5 times each week for at least 30 minutes.
