I want to feel better overall, lose weight, have more energy, be a role model for my kiddos, live my dreams, and find myself inside of the big shell that has been covering my true inner self! My Commitments: I will do at least 30 minutes of exercise per day! I commit to eating healthy foods from the Daniel Plan.

I am watching and tracking everything that goes into my mouth. I am working hard to "MOVE" somewhere in some way everyday!
