I joined SP to enhance my weight loss. I had lost 20 lbs. and currently have lost 29.8 lbs since joining for a total of 49.8 lbs. lost. My doctor was so impressed that he cut some and discontinued other medications. YEAH! One goal checked off my list.

I keep active with volunteer work as an EMT, Emergency Medical Technician. I see a lot of unhealthy folks, and I do not want to do that to myself......so, I am working on my fitness and weight. I plan to turn back the aging ...

    Thanks for asking about the ankle... it's like nothing happened, the ice and ibruprofin must have worked... did an hour on the treadmill... 3.11 miles... not sore at all... a bit stiff after the cool down and fixing dinner but the knot that I "thought" i felt isn't there... Thank goodness, not sure what I'd do if I couldn't get the walking in...
    Good to read you're out moving about too... Keep it going!!

    Sorry I wasn't online to huddle with you...glad to make contact with some one in my class...and it looks like we have similar weight loss goals...

    Isn't it weird, how much food this diet has you eating...but it works! I lost 6 pounds in my first week and I didn't think I would lose anything with all the eating I was doing...but I have also noticed just how much better nutrition I am getting...

    I look forward to seeing your progress....
