    well touch you girly, you got a comment from SparkGuy, He is just amazing to me to be a millionare and to use some of that money to help others accomplish there goals just blows my mind. And you got a comment from him, you must be some kind of special. My starting weight was 248 I am 199 now, and if I can do this ANYONE can, I just started small like everyone has already said. I focused on Drinking the 8 glasses of water, and trying to stay within my calories, and that is all I did for a while. Then I slowing starting walking, it also helps to find a good group for support that works for you. I am a mother of 3 ages 7,5, and 18 months. I just had to find time to care enough about me to help me. And of course alot of PRAYER!!! I pray that God will begin to give you the strength to go after the Louise you want to be, and give you the courage to know you can do this.

    Get a vision in your head of what you want to look like and only see yourself that way. Don't see yourself the way you are, sometimes looking at your present state will make you feel like you can't do this the job is just to big, I know that is how I felt. Well I hope you accomplish everything your heart desires.

    I know what you mean. I'm guilty of spending too much time at the computer and not enough time exercising. It's been baby steps for me. I started with logging food and slowly reducing the high calorie stuff and trying to find low calorie but filling alternatives. (My newest find was Progresso Healthy Classics Lentil Soup--- 180 calories for a very filling cup and had a piece of toast with cheese melted on...yummy)
    I want to eat more veggies too cause they are good for you but not high in calories.
    Wasn't exercising at all until recently. Finally found a team with challenges that got me moving. Now I'm doing Coach Nicole's 15-Minute Abs workout 3 times a week and trying to do my aerobic's video in-between.
    I think I will have lost 10lbs by weigh-in on Wed. Maybe more but I won't push it!

    Hi,
    I see your pretty new here and maybe feeling discouraged. I've been here for a few months and have been enjoying it.
    I recommend going to "Community, and then to "Spark Teams". Browse around until you find people in your interests or that have things in common with you and join up. It may take joining a couple of teams that don't work for you but if you persevere enough you will find some that really help you and that you can also encourage them.
