I am not sure I want to weigh less than 70 at this point in my life... but let's get to there and think later.

I am particularly paying attention to what I'm eating - replacing sweets with fruit. I need to flexibility exercizes. It's ridiculous how stiff I've gotten. I need a regular aerobic routine. Now that Charlie is too old for the kind of walks I need.
