It's been two years since the big earthquake here in Chch. Since then, I have put on 7 kilograms. I am not alone but it is time to stop! I want to be fit and healthy. I have joined the gym and will stick to my progamme. I will keep in control of my eating. Most of all, I will relax and enjoy living :)

My Goals:
Fit my jeans and feel fit and healthy!

My Program:
 Watch portion sizes and no second helpings

Eat protein at every meal and most snacks

Bike to school and back daily

Strength training at the gym 3x a week

Hillwalk or Zumba every fortnight

Swim 3x a week
