LET'S GO TEAM!!!!
Well, this whole crazy thing started with a resolution, didn't it?
I've had some ups and some downs in the last two years, but looking back, I have learned _SO!!!_ much! **AND** I'm 4 lbs (yes, you read that right, 4 lbs!!!) from "half way!"
I've been back for 4 months, I'm still going strong, and I'm am determined to kick my own tushie!!!
Who's with me!??!?!!

My Goals:
I'd just like to get healthy and stay that way...
Ok... New little goals:
Reach my 1/2 way point by the end of the January - it's less than 8lbs... As long as I don't stop fighting over the holidays, I should make it!
Then! I am GOING to BREAK 200, by the Middle of February!
I am BOUND and DETERMINED!!!!
_BUT_!!! I am also going to forgive myself if things don't go my way. The biggest thing that I've learned on this journey is that if I stress out over missing a goal, I'm going to give up... So, I'm not stressing -- if I miss a goal, my goal is to set a new goal and move on with my progress!
My Program:
I was just trying to find something I could stick to.
OK, found it.
Now, I'm just trying to keep myself going. Consistency has always been my biggest issue!!! So, I'm logging in every day and I'm not letting myself out of it - nope, nuh-uh!
