I am a mother of 2 children, 9 year old Boy and 4 year old Girl. My husband & I both work FullTime jobs. I also work a part-time job 2 nights per week.
We are looking for a healthy way to eat in 2008. My friend introduced me to this website!
I am very excited about all the healthy ways of eating and different exercising plans.

My Goals:
MY first goal is to lose 20 lbs. Then I iwll see where I am and if I can stand to loose a little more weight, then I will go for 10 more lbs. Then I will be right on target hopefully! I will take advice from my doctor though!

My Program:
 Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
I am now on a Cholesterol Down diet with exercise. Now instead of the fat turning into muscle, the pounds are actually coming off as I am exercising and sticking to my diet plan!
