Single Mom of a College Grad, and a German Shepherd, living in central MO. Weight is not so easy to ignore in a photo. I'm usually the one behind the camera, so don't see too many pics of myself. Since joining SP severalyears ago, lost weight and learned how to set goals. I stopped tracking things on SparkPeople and ended up gaining weight back. I want to get back to communicating with those who inspire me and get back on track. I like anything to do with outdoorsy stuff, especially bicycling. If there are arts and crafts... count me in! I'm constantly playing with yarn. I started painting with acrylics two years ago. Just took a college level oil painting class, which was greatly enjoyable.

My Goals:
SW= 1Jan08

Feb 2015 still down 10 lbs, but time to start back on the journey, after gaining 20 back.

My Program:
Since re-joining SP in Feb 15, started watching daily calorie intake and trying to exercise at least 3 times per week.

Daily goals:
Drink 8-10 glasses of water.
No caffeine after 3pm.
Supper at 5-6pm
No eating after 8pm.
Sleep by 11pm.
Having a schedule helps keep me healthy.

Personal Information:
I enjoy helping riding my bicycle and have went back to college for a degree in computers.

I grew up traveling when young changing school all the time and with work as an adult.

These are the places I lived in so far...All over MO, Charleston SC, Monroe GA, Coin Iowa, KY, Everett WA, VA, Denver CO, Charlotte NC, and the list may not be completed yet.

Other Information:
Most of my weight has always been carried in my legs. I have an extremely large frame. My wrist is 7 1/2" (for real). I am muscular, which fortunately makes me appear smaller than my weight actually is on my 5'5" body.

My biggest obstacle, especially concerning exercise, is motivation. Procrastination takes up so much time....
