I am on Spark People to change my life for the better. I am getting healthier day by day. I have struggled with weight for the last 15 years, but I have been at my highest for the last 7 or so 175-190. My last real attempt (longer than 3 days) was back in 2008 when I got down to the high 150's, but after 6 months, I was right back up there. I am committed to getting back to 130.

I am treating this goal like a full time job. I am showing up everyday to do my job. I am working at it physically. I am devoting my time, by checking in everyday to SparkPeople, I am planning my meals, my shopping list and hopefully finding new connections here as well.

I welcome each of you, who stops by my page to become a friend. Let's encourage each other on this journey, as we begin to become the people we wish to be~

My Goals:
To become much healthier, body, mind, & spirit. 2014 here I come!!

My Program:
I'm not following a program. Just being smart about what enters my body. I am moving more (Biggest Loser Cardio Max and treadmill/walking)

Personal Information:
I am 43 yrs old. I live on beautiful Cape Cod with my super awesome husband. We have 1 beautiful daughter & 1 funny granddaughter. I am a RN. I am on spark people this year because I am very serious about changing my habits. Today is day 16 and I have been doing great. I feel the strongest I have in years, as far as being committed to my cause(No More Excuses)!

I love all things beachy and I can not wait to reach my goals! Everyday, I try to add something new to my routine on spark people/page daily...
