 I am working out five times a week. Not obsessing about food. Paying attention to portion size. NOT cleaning my plate. Only eating when hungry. Drinking more water. Taking my vitamins.

    4) read some articles
    5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
    You are doing great, making progress every time you come in.

    If there is anything that I can do to help, give me a holler. If I do not know the answer, I will find it. Our leaders are really great and help when you need it too. So don't hesitate to ask. That is why they are here.

    I'm also diabetic and trying to learn more about it. Maybe we can learn together. Take care, be strong and talk you soon.
