    Hints for the day: If you go to your Start Page and scroll down to Section 3, there is an option called "SparkAmerica Team Bonus Points". If you click on it, you can choose up to 5 of your teams to gift points to by clicking on the flag next to their names. You will also receive points for doing this. Points are used to buy and send goodies. To read the notes under goodies sent to you, on your Spark Page, go to the goodie section and select "See all my goodies". Goodies will appear with the option to look at the notes.

    I have Spark app downloaded to my phone. I don't use it often, but just discovered upc scanner on it. I went to track my food, saw it, tried it. I was totally amazed. My food popped right into my lunch tracking. To get Spark points for downloading app, go to My Trackers and then Spark Points from your start page.
