Healthy, Happy, and Strong
I'm doing something new...lately, I remind myself that "I have to start somewhere." Even if I say it multiple times a day. It is important to remind myself that if I have a momentary lapse, I can restart at any time.
Things I want to do in my adventurous life:
- Ride the Harpoon Point to Point Bicycle Race to raise money for the Hunger-Free Vermont
- Hike Camels Hump
- Hike the Worcester Range (13 miles!)
- Hike Mt. Lafayette
- Learn ...
I'm doing something new...lately, I remind myself that "I have to start somewhere." Even if I say it multiple times a day. It is important to remind myself that if I have a momentary lapse, I can restart at any time.
Things I want to do in my adventurous life:
- Ride the Harpoon Point to Point Bicycle Race to raise money for the Hunger-Free Vermont
- Hike Camels Hump
- Hike the Worcester Range (13 miles!)
- Hike Mt. Lafayette
- Learn archery
- Learn basic electrical work
- Learn basic plumbing skills
- Bicycle to and from work one day (9 miles one way, uphill for half of it!)
- Visit the Redwoods again
- Visit Yosemite National Park
- Drive a race car
- Go to Alaska
- Go to Kamchatka
- Go to England
- Go to Ireland
- Go to Poland/Germany
- Take a genealogy field trip (or trips)
- Publish four books!
- Be a volunteer federal or state park host for a summer season
- Travel to every state in the United States with my husband and anyone in the family who'll come
- Learn how to drive a motorcycle
- Retrofit a 1967 Pontiac Firebird to be more ecologically friendly (with no computer parts!)
- Learn sign language
- Learn German (for family history research)
- Learn Russian (just because the alphabet is interesting)
- Learn French (so I can go to Canada and not get tripped up)
Accomplished:
- Finished draft of my first novel...now onto editing!!!
- Brief hike around Mt. Saint Helens - soooo coool!!!
- Took a blacksmithing class! That was awesome!!!

Focus on Fruits and Veggies - food with energy!
Clean eating principles.
Exercise, even if it is a little at a time. Exercise and MOVE.
Personal Information:
I have a dear husband, daughter and son. I love to read, hike, play games, bake, solve puzzles, and swim.
Other Information:
I live in Central Vermont.
