Height:5'8/172cm Starting weight: 173 lbs Durring weight: 149lbs 1st Goal weight:135lbs done Current weight: 138 lbs I lost my weight though fasting twice a week for 24 hours each time, and eating less junk. The other days I eat normally. I found it easier than counting every bite of food( which I did for the first 10lbs) The counting was giving me too much anxiety. I also went to the gym every other day for about a month. Then cut back to twice a week after I started fasting. Mini Goal: ...

Mini Goal: 155 by May 19th completed second mini goal: 143 completed third mini goal: 135 by completed I gained ten pounds back. Now at 150lbs. Trying to lose 15 lbs over the summer Update: back down to 144lbs Update: down to 133 lbs! Update: 2019 I am fluctuating between 135lbs-140lbs I would love to see 130lbs. I am still going strong.
