Eating vegan as much as I can to reduce the sodium further, walking at least 90 minutes a day and getting back to 6-9 miles 5 times a week. Working on my strength training and tracking my steps each day. Getting into hiking more since it is so fun & a nifty workout. I drink tea, water, coffee, some soy. Seldom drink soda, never smoke & very rarely drink, no white products, avoid sugar and pretty much all dairy. I don't care for sweets too much. Eating more of the fruits I can tolerate well like apples, peaches, strawberries, oranges, red grapes, bananas in breads or smoothies.

Not really looking to lose much more weight for the most part (in maintenance) since I am within the range for my height and my clothes are feeling and looking quite good lately. I started at 143 and I am at 127 pounds now which is about right for me. I feel stronger and have more energy and want to gain muscle and greater health.

I joined Spark People, to keep gaining motivation to stay with exercise & a good nutrition, its a lifestyle. Plus my mood is always great after I exercise and I can see and feel the benefits of working out regularly! Always trying to get in the right amount of sleep since I deal with insomnia.

Making sure I am tracking, calories out are more than calories in for the day, keeping calm and even, practising meditation, deep stretching and proper breathing. Each month I will have short term goals and set long term goals. Also making sure I have time for my writing, journaling, reading, cooking, learning foreign languages, making sure I am taking care with my emotional health and having fun with my life~

My Goals:
Gaining more positivity and gratefulness instead of dwelling in negative thoughts and feelings!

Continue to gain core balance, energy, strength & flexibility! Practising Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Walking, Fitness Blender, Zumba, Bob Harper & Belly Dancing.

To gain the maximum health benefits possible by staying a life long exerciser!

I would like to stay round 115 pounds. Its more important to me to feel good about my appearance. I am achieving a leaner build and muscle from strength training!

7 hours of sleep!
keep reducing sodium!
eat vegetables & fruit!
reduce bread servings!
drink water and tea, 64ozs a day!

120 minutes of exercise in a day!
Walking 45 minutes 5 times a week!
Yoga 5 times a week!
Strength Train 3-4 times a week!
Cardio 4-5 times a week!
Dance training 3 times a week!


My Program:
Practising getting in more movement in a day. Practising Yoga, Pilates, Belly Dancing and Strength Training 3-5 times a week!
Getting in proper stretching every day for 20 minutes minimum!

Getting the required 7 hours of sleep in a sleep session.

Eating properly & mindfully! Getting at least 64oz of water and proper liquids daily!

Tracking progress in my daily planner! No more FitBit tracking, have had horrible luck with 3 trackers no thanks for the poor performance of the devices.

Eating mainly vegan, getting enough calcium and all the vitamins I need to function properly!

Eating fruits and vegetables with every meal; Reducing sugar in my coffee!

Maintaining good habits all year around as not to lose any ground!

I like documentaries, action movies, travel and travel programs, sports and dancing. I don't watch much TV but I keep up.

I love amusement parks and will go on many rides unless it jerks you round. I can't do it.

I read, write and listen to a lot of different music a great deal of the time. I read Non Fiction, History, Linguistics, Medicine, Literature, Religion, Spirituality and cooking related books.
