My name is Karen and I have a problem with my weight, that is to say, I'm not happy with it. It's been an ongoing problem that I have spent years trying to correct. Each year gets a little better but I never quite make it to the finish line. Here's hoping that this will finally be the year that I make to my goal.

My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds. Since I really enjoy walking, I'm hoping that will help me achieve my goal.
My Program:
I've become somewhat obsessed with trying to do 30 day challenges to help get me back on track to lose my unwanted weight.
Personal Information:
I come from Eastpointe, Michigan which is just north of Detroit. I work in retail.
Other Information:
Walking is a passion of mine. I do it as much as possible. I am also addicted to researching my family tree. Having diabetes and recently being diagnosed with celiac disease, I'm finding it hard to lose the weight I need to lose.
