Well I no longer live in Ky,I am back in Fla since 2009.I have regained a lot of pounds,I am in poor health and suffer a lot of pain,I have been thru a lot of changes,divorce,loss,bah health,in a new relationship that can be stressful at times,right now my main concern is my health,I want to lose this wt for good,I need to lose it as the extra baggage causes the pain to be worse,so...I woke at 430 am and strated my 30 minute workout,feel pretty darn good about that,but boy do I hurt,lol,so here is to new beginings,baby to start somewhere.

My Goals:
To stick to a workout program,at least 5 days a weak,control portion sizes,and what I eat..

My Program:
I have not only started tracking my food intake,but also measuring,as I realized I was eating larger portions than I thought.I am also working out everyday,I wanted to make walking my workout,but realized after several attempts that at this time I am just not able.I have found that riding my recumbent bike is the way to go,I am making it a point to increase my time by 5 minutes after several days,I am also doing exercises that will help my back,I quit smoking,so when I get that nervous feeling I ride my bike.I learn something new everyday,I am making a point of reading at least 2 articles a day on the spark people,

Personal Information:
I am 55,a grandmother,I have a life partner who is very supportive and deals with his own health issues.I have 3 grown sons and 3 grandchildren,my youngest I see often and attend church with,he is the father of my grands,my middle son last I knew of is conflicted about Gods existence,I don't see him often as he works a lot of hours,my eldest is in prison,he has a drug addiction,but I do love them all and they each are so very special in their own way and talented in so many ways.I have been married twice and sadly those came to an end mostly because of my bipolar disorder,but they remain very dear friends.I am a survior of childhood sexual abuse,I guess you could say I have had a bit of a trying life.My past hascreated the person I am today and it has helped me in understanding other people better and in being more tolerant,so I harbor no bitterness,and I feel I have been blessed in so many ways.

Other Information:
I deal with several health issues.I am Bipolar,I have a heart condition akin to afib that I take meds for,pulmonary hypertension,copd,diabetes2,I suffered several injuries that have left me with chronic pain in my back/knees/hips/ankles,it is painful to stand and walk so I can be limited in what I can and cannot do,which I find so very frustrating,But with the Lords help I do what I can,....
