Steadily increase time/endurance/intensity? Take another 500 extra steps?, squeeze in another 1/4 - 1/2 mile? try an incline, move faster? etc. Every little step builds momentum.
Stretching: Go beyond the basics and try a new routine. Stretch yourself and go a little longer, add a couple new moves, etc.
Just take an extra step, do something positive toward your goals and good health, in all areas of life balance.
Remember, a smaller number on the scale doesn't mean that you are stronger or more fit, it just means that you are lighter -- which doesn't really mean much at all. Focus on taking the best care of your body possible first and foremost and, with time, the weight will take care of itself. - J. Smith

AUGUST:
So glad July is gone, gone, gone. No looking back!!!
It's been a pretty disappointing month in general for activity, work stress, long hours, the HOT HOT weather, etc. Just trying to keep up the flowers and veggie garden in the evenings, and keeping up the bees, after long days at work has just zapped my energy. I've at least moved around gardening, and get around 5000 steps a day, sometimes more, so that's something, but I have move ahead and do better in August.
Beginning with work:
I need to leave at 5:00, not matter what. (no matter the new crisis), and get out at lunch. I'm sitting way too much.
Drink more water - work
I have to make a commitment for beneficial exercise, targeted toward healthy bones. It's time to be thinking along the line of osteoporosis prevention, along with the most beneficial physical activities and dietary changes.
Focus on shedding the lbs I've gained lately.
JULY:

GENERAL:

Move more at work.
