I am a happily married 52 year old mother of two grown children. I teach First Grade and live in a small town. I have been struggling with my weight all my life and especially since my kids have left. They are awesome adults, but I miss them terribly. Looking to change my habits and develop new interests for the rest of my life.

My Goals:
I need to lose 50 pounds at least! We shall see after that. I need to develop healthy interests and habits.

My Program:
 Doing the 5K challenge in the morning and walking the dog for a mile in the evening. Tracking my calories, water, and exercise.


Personal Information:
I live in Del Rio, Texas. I am an Army brat and have lived all over the world. Would like to travel again someday.

Other Information:
 My favorite quote was by a 5 year old victim from Sandyhook, "Don't let them suck your fun circuits dry."
