    I have done really well with points by reading the articles, taking polls, and tracking my food and cardio. I try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week and than strength train on at least 3 days. I've also started blogging daily:) There are many things to do on SparkPeople and many supportive people to help you attain your goal! emoticon

    Yep...I've tracked my calories every single day! I am SOOO addicted to this website...thanks again for introducing me! I have so many sparkpoints because I do a lot of the activities under the sparkpoints tab: read articles, take polls, answer the trivia questions...and I've learned A TON of stuff about diet and nutrition by doing all that!
