One step at a time. If you try to change everything about yourself at once, you will grow frustrated and have a hard time. Choose one thing to do for a week, like track your fitness, or your water or your nutrition. Once you have a week behind your belt, choose the next thing to track.
You can do this and we will be here for you every step of the way! Keep pushing and even if the motivation isn't there all the time, act as if it is. When you do that, eventually, you convince yourself that you are motivated and it will come more naturally.

Saw your comment on the huddle wall saying that you needed support...so I'm here to add my voice! Whatever you're going through, it's one choice at a time, and each step forward counts in the "plus" column. The stand you take for yourself now is the one that counts. :) We're all in this together - I'm here cheering for you with everyone else!

Sounds like you might be expecting too much of yourself.
I started with simply tracking my food. All of it. I did that for a month. I did like two easy workouts per week (if that). This month is the first time I'm tackling eating within my caloric limits and hitting my fitness goals that SP set for me.
Just tracking and being more aware of what I was doing last month (without denying myself anything I wanted) I have already lost 7 pounds.
You can do this. Starting small really is the way to go. 2941 days ago

I also saw your huddle and your comment on your status.
Why are you losing momentum? Is something stressful going on in your life that is taking your focus away? Are you setting unatainable goals for yourself? Are you feeling overwhelmed with it all?
