Don't be scared. Failure is a part of life. We can't win every time, and if we did, we wouldn't appreciate what we have gained! We must learn from our failures and grow. Example: Last week I started craving fat (as I always do when I LOSE fat) and was in the store and had a moment of feeling like I could "control" myself so bought something I LOVE (fritos and french onion dip). Needless to say, I ATE IT ALL. Not in one day, but too much each day until it was gone. Now I know that those 2 things can't coexist with me and my goals so they are BANNED from the house. Next time I crave fat, I will buy an avocado because it has so much fiber that the carbs don't count! The 2 pounds I gained from it are gone, too now, but I learned from it. Failure is valuable.
Just keep on keeping on. emoticon emoticon

I used to be the fit, workout queen and then pain, depression, surgeries did my in. I gained weight and lost any sort of drive. I stuck with Weight Watchers for four months when my son was little and got down to my goal. That's the longest I ever lasted at any kind of program. Now my son is almost 21 and a month sounds like a miracle. Yes, I've had terrible cravings at times. I've been lazy and not done my workouts on snowy, cold days, but my mindset is good and my determination is probably the best it's been in years. I've got to do this!
