Introduction Text It is time for a restart. I have been out of the healthy lifestyle habit for a while now and need to get back on track. I am starting to reap the consequences of bad choices and I do not want this for my life. I do not want to shorten my lifespan due to bad decisions regarding my body and ultimately my health and happiness. I want to live a long productive and happy life. I know this can be done day by day, minute by minute with each healthy decision that I make. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

Long-term goal weight of 160 lbs. Exercise daily. Incorporate fruits and vegetables in my daily meal plans.

I am using the Jillian Michaels app for a 30-day beginner's exercise program. Jillian Michaels app is also being used for a vegetarian eating plan. Sparkpeople is for motivation and accountability.

I am a 45-year-old female currently living in Kentucky. I love traveling, especially to beaches. Hawaii is my favorite!
