Introduction Text I'm a 40 yr old mother of 3 loving boys and a new granddaughter.I'm trying to lose 100 +pounds so that I can breath better and play with my granddaughter.I'm also trying to get of debt. . I'm trying to quit smoking!!

My goal is at least 30 minutes of exercise per day 5 days a week To eat at least 5 fruits or vegatables per week I'm going to watch my portions and the size of them

1- drink 8-8oz glasses of water daily 2-walk 1 mile or do 30min of exercise daily 3- eat 3 healthy meals & fruits and veg for snacks 4-sleep at least 7 hours a night 5- make at least 20 min me time daily
