May 2011 seriously began following the Eat CLean diet principles. It is amazing that just a few changes in what i am eating can make such a difference. I have more energy and stamina and look forward to my meals/snacks. I hope i can bring encouragement to others and help them realize their dreams too!

This is the year i turn 50 and am looking forward to being the best i can be, and whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God!

My Goals:
To exercise 6 times a week

To drink 8 glass of water daily

To eat a fruit or veg with every meal or snack , 6x a day

To continue tracking my food intake and exercise

To be the BEST i can be EVERY day!

My Program:
Am doing weight watchers online but also track on Spark.
Love all the information available on this site.

Started reading Eat Clean Diet end of April and began in May.

Personal Information:
Married to my husband Jay for 22 years.

Oldest son is a junior in college and is living at home and working going to school.

My youngest is a sophomore in highschool and loves to ride his bmx bike and do jumps/tricks. would love to go pro!

I work 30 hours a week as a dialysis technician and enoy what i do.

Love going to the gym, and recently started with a personal trainer. Purchased Eat Clean Diet and Oxygen 28 days to summer bikini and have added extra strength training exercises at home.

Other Information:
Love to exercise and cook healthy meals. Enjoy watching Biggest Loser. Dancing with the stars, American Idol and the food network, LOL.

Like to spend time on the computer on Sparks and Face Book.

Enjoy making homemade cards and scrapbook pictures.

Have enjoyed bike riding with my family on Rails to trails. Personal goal to ride with GOBA next summer- although i hate to sleep on the ground in a tent, LOL

    Hey Kim, thanks for stopping by my page. It is good to get to know you too. You ask if I have any suggestions......I know we aren't supposed to do it, but the scale if my motivator. I weigh each day and if I am up a pound, I just do a little more exercise or eat a little less. I find it easier to weigh like that than to weigh once a month and maybe have more lbs to lose. I know that doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me. I also plan my menu the day before (most of the tiime) and just stick to it. I don't have to wonder at dinner time what points I have left or what I can figure out to eat. Nancy

    Thanks Kim! I was lucky enough to get to spend 2 days with her. Last week a group of fab fit friends met at a park and Carolyn led us through an hour long yoga class and then we had a health and wellness circle and lunch. It was a great day. Yesterday was just super awesome. She really helped me and now I feel like I can go the rest of the way. I was always doing the same machines and the same cardio at the gym. I learned a lot of new things and how to mix it up!
