Hey Kim, thanks for stopping by my page. It is good to get to know you too. You ask if I have any suggestions......I know we aren't supposed to do it, but the scale if my motivator. I weigh each day and if I am up a pound, I just do a little more exercise or eat a little less. I find it easier to weigh like that than to weigh once a month and maybe have more lbs to lose. I know that doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me. I also plan my menu the day before (most of the tiime) and just stick to it. I don't have to wonder at dinner time what points I have left or what I can figure out to eat. Nancy 3516 days ago

Thanks Kim! I was lucky enough to get to spend 2 days with her. Last week a group of fab fit friends met at a park and Carolyn led us through an hour long yoga class and then we had a health and wellness circle and lunch. It was a great day. Yesterday was just super awesome. She really helped me and now I feel like I can go the rest of the way. I was always doing the same machines and the same cardio at the gym. I learned a lot of new things and how to mix it up! 3561 days ago
