Here we go again!


After just having my son I felt really out of it. I decided to get fit and healthy and I did. I lost over 50 lbs!! My little man was so much fun that my husband and I decided to add to our little family. We found out we were having twins 12 weeks into the pregnancy. The good news is I didn't gain as much weight the second time. Still though, I gained weight. I'm starting my weight loss journey again and as weird as it sounds, I'm totally excited. It felt so good last time to achieve the little ...

It felt so good last time to achieve the little milestone weight loss goals I set for myself. This year I'm concentrating on getting fit in a healthy way for my myself and my family. I want them to have the healthy, fun, and active lifestyle I didn't have when I was a kid. So, here's to another round!
