I have been a member off and on with Sparkpeople and I have loved the atmosphere. When I first started with Sparkpeople I was 250 lbs. I am now at 182! I am ready to get my last 30 lbs off. I have been yo yoing for the past 6 years it is time for me to get real and do this! I have a trip coming up in May and I want to look my best!

My story starts with my weight loss for the past 6 years. I did get down to 170 and had tummy tuck surgery. I thought I was going to be flat. Well it didn't happen because I had visceral fat around my belly so now I still have some chunky in my belly. I fell into a depression and I have climbed up to 182. I am not going to let myself fall into that trap again. It's my year and I am going to complete my task!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to get at least 3 liters of water in each day. Workout for an hour each day and get the 30 lbs off by the end of May! I would then love to maintain my weight for the rest of my life!

My Program:
I am going back on the Mediterranean Diet. I worked very well on that and I feel that is the best option for me to keep me healthy and get back in the groove.

Personal Information:
I am a happily married woman with the support of my wonderful husband! He has been my rock for the past 5 years 4 of them married. I want to keep healthy because we both love the outdoors and enjoy kayaking and biking together. I have 2 granddaughters that I want to be healthy for so I can keep up with them for the rest of my life and see them turn in to fine adults! I am hoping that I will also have more grandchildren to spoil and have fun with in the next few years.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
