I'm a 23 old father of two living in Cincinnati, Oh. I left the army in 2005 because of my weight. When I left I weighed about 250. Evev since then my weight has gone out of control. I work Security so I dont get alot of exercise at work. I need to be more active at home. I would love to get my body fat percent less 23. I need all the support I can get.

My Goals: April 1st 2008, 260Lbs
May 1st 2008, 240Lbs
June 1st 2008, 225Lbs
July 1st 2008, 205 Lbs
August 1st 2008, 190Lbs
September 7th 2008, 186Lbs (BIRTHDAY)

Be able to Run 2 miles in less than 16 minutes
Be able to complete 60 situps in 2 minutes
Be able to complete 60 push-ups in 2 minutes

Burn 3500 calories per day, or tried my hardest and get as close as I can.

Stop smoking

Monitoring Calorie intake.

No Pop

excersise daily for no less then 30 minutes

completing 3 sets of 40 push ups/day

completing 3 sets of 20 situps/day

walking for 30 minutes

running/jogging15minutes every other day

Me and my girlfriend have finally decided that we were better off in the military and that I should reenlist. Not only that but my weight has spiraled out of control.
I have taken a big step to quick smoking, I have switched to Lights from menthol. Last night I went and picked up a box of patches. There is no longer any solutions to me being overweight. I have to do this for my family and for myself.


Other Information:
I love movies, some of my favorite are shawshank redemption

beowolf
tv series: stargate, the shield, the sopranos, but i need to change how much I watch tv, I need to become more active outside of work.
