Regarding your comment on the thread "What are you doing GOOD for yourself...." on the 40+Women's Team: Beth, give yourself a mission that gets you out of the house daily! I swear -- it is Spring and you can go outside daily and do some gardening or just walk around the yard in circles admiring the dandelions! Or get up early and walk around the neighborhood admiring other's yards!
Or, like KATHLEEN, make face masks and deliver/drop-off them (keeping social distance or more) to neighbors, churches, nursing homes, even hospitals! What fun it would be to look outside and see kids playing in their yards wearing masks YOU made!
Beth, this is a FIGHT. You must fight for your mental health as well as physical. I've got 4 doctor brothers -- all younger so you can imagine that Big Sister here has a tough time learning anything from them! -- but one of them did manage to teach me something VERY IMPORTANT:
"It is easier -- and more successful -- to deal with a problem when it is small. Don't wait to deal with it until it becomes larger. Take care of it NOW."
