My Goals:
My goal is to get to 145 lbs by next summer 2015. I want to have energy and feel good about the way I look in the mirror. My goal is to get to a size 8 or 10. I am at a 14/16 right now. And I ultimately just want to be healthy.

My Program:
 Still working on figuring this part out.
