    Thank you so much for your comments o n my blog. It's such a yo-yo world feeling bad, tired, mad, angry and then ashamed because you KNOW that others have it much, much worse. But you're right. This is MY Life and that makes it harder on me right now, and getting that off my chest did help!

    I've gotten a bit off track because I sick off and on due to my condition for 3 weeks. However, I tried when I could...but sometimes I didn't when I could have.

    I was just MENTALLY tired.

    So..I am looking at better strategies of exercising that don't seem so...overwhelming to even LOOK at.

    So, here is my exercise plan for the week:

    Monday: Walk for 30 mins


    Tuesday Full body workout: *Starting today!*

    Squats
    Modified Pushups
    Back extension
    Crunches with a twist

    Stretch when done!

    Wednesday: walk for 30 mins

    Thursday: Relax and recoop

    Friday:

    Skater squats
    Hip flexor
    Boxer
    Modified Pushups
    Modified Plank

    Stretch when done!

    Saturday: Walk 30mins

    Sunday: Full Body

    Skater Squats
    Hip flexor
    Boxer
    Modified Pushups
    Modified Plank

    I just got the next trophy! It feels good when I read over the differ ideas and motivational articles.

    I may not always do the right thing...I know I shouldn't eat in a distrated manner and am trying to actually eat while NOT doing something else.

    I am working on eating breakfast every day. I had not been doing that hardly at all in the past. I think..i'm doing pretty well on that..except when I forget because it's hectic and I am rushing around because I have an appt at the same time making sure the kids are ok and my hubby is ready for work.

    Wow..I could use suggestions on that one!

    Also could use advice on how to be motivated when I cant get anyone to walk with me or exercise. it's harder when your doing it by yourself..at least for me. so..how do I get out of that trap?

    I am steadily losing weight and feeling better these days. I been very busy so haven't been able to actively post as I like to do..my sister and her two kids have gone through hell the past month..losing their trailer in a sudden storm...the kids father leaving shortly after..and now my nephew is in the hospital. It's been tough and I been doing my best to help her and the kids get through all this.

    The good news is..she is a much nicer and safer home. She has tried so hard to improve their lives...I am very proud of her! emoticon

    I am wondering if anyone else has discovered this about themselves. I used to be thin until after my 3rd child. I know I grew up not really eating much (Not much food in the house)..but I did not realize until I started following the spark diet I been practically starving myself all my life. Yet now..I weigh a lot. My metabolism is so out of whack..my doctor is not happy. She assumed I was over eating. Little does she know (Since I just realized this myself) It wasn't that I was overeating..I was not eating enough so I guess my body started storing just about everything it could?

    Just my thoughts recently
