Introduction Text This weightloss journey has been so tough for me, I'm yo-yoing still with all the support and help with Sparkpeople and it needs to stop. I need to take stand with all this and get to my goal weight so I can stop dragging and mopping around carry this extra weight that I don't want!!! So here's to me, Goal weight here I come.

2/28/09 New Goal Run in a 5 K - goal met!!!! (i'm so excited, can you see the smile on my face from ear to ear, I completed the C25K program yesterday 2/27/09, I am a RUNNER!!!! 3/11/09- Registered for my FIRST 5K RUN, April 25, 2009, Check back for Results. 4/25/09 Completed my 5k in 36:13minutes!!!!!! woo-hoo 10/25/09 - 2nd 5k 38:38 minutes, NO TRAINING AT ALL, AND Never gave UP! 1-22-11 New goal, run atleast 3 5k's

1-22-11 - Add more veggies and fruit to my diet Exercise 3-4 days a week

Recently working full time, Have 3 beautiful children, Jordyn [20], Billy[14] and Madalynn[4] Been with my husband for 8 years and we celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary on 8-22-10, I Love Him!
