Introduction Text My name is Kristin, im 31 years old & live in AL. #lupuswarrior💜.I just started a new weight loss program & looking for friends & motivation to get me through this. Unfortunately, this is not my first attempt at losing weight, I joined Weight Watcher's in 2005 and had great success...I graduated college, started working at an Urgent Care Facility which are about 11/hr shifts. When I left work I was so exhausted, there was no way I was getting to the gym after being on my feet that long. So here I am several years later, I gained every single pound that I worked my butt off to lose plus an extra 20lbs!!!! All I know is I can't sit around & cry about it, I'm ready to say goodbye to my fat FOREVER! I can only look forward & never look back.

Just started "Weigh To Live" program. That consists of one injection a week consisting of 3 vitamins & a daily diet pill. This program absolutely does NOT work unless mixed with diet, exercise, and lots of water. I am also mixing in a bit of Weight Watchers meals & counting points/calories.
