One Step More
A hill is not too hard to climb taken one step at a time.

My goals for this year:

1. To be active on teams and with team mates
2. Make/Check schedule each day and prioritize time/activity
3. Take me time
4. Continue to keep journals (prayer and weight/food/exercise).

I am still keeping a journal. Keeping a journal helps me see how far I have come and also where I need to improve or change a habit.

I appreciate all the people on my teams and realize how much support they give me. Between them and my hubby who is very supportive I feel I am very blessed.

Fitness Minutes: 89,730

My Goals:
To lose 1/2 a week
To do Strength training at least 3 times a week (includes my yoga videos) I am beginning to like Strength Training.
To do Cardio (mostly walking) at least 5 times a week
Take a complete rest day, including cutting back on computer time

My Program:
Track and monitor food, also watch fats and sugars.
Exercise - try to burn 250-500 calories a day
Drink Water - 6-8 glasses a day
Work on eating slower.

Personal Information:
I have been married 55 years to Don who is definitely my soul mate. We were blessed with 3 children who in turn blessed us with 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Our 6th great grandchild is due in Aug 2019
I am active in Red Hat Society, belonging to the Rhody Red Hatters of Florence OR.
Active in church activities and lead a ecumenical Bible Study.
Love to go out with friends to lunch and any fun activity.

Completed the Pacific Crest Trail, May 31 2015, Completed 10/23/18 2689.6 miles
Completed the Race Across america May 31 2015. Completed 9/15/18, 3037.1 miles
Completed Chicago virtual walk, 10/24/18 to 10/29/18.
Completed Loire Valley virtual walk, 10/29/18 to 03/31 19
Completed Ottawa virtual Walk 3/31 to 4/5 2019 and Stockholm 4/6/2019
Completed Kungsleden Trail on May 29, 2019 (308.4 miles)
