Gramie and I are in process of working on "Mindfulness". She does yoga, I do taijiquan, qigong and Chi Walking and Chi Running. All are abut being focused with what you do.
This then become a way of living with your focus and intention being on what you are doing. Does not mater if it is pushing patients, exercise, eating, etc.

I see in the weekly teams' "Digest" announcement e-mails that you are very active. I am a strict Atkins dieter; and I am searching for others who are committed. It is a bit hard to tell from your assortment of teams, but I can tell you are a LC'er!
