I have tried to lose weight several times. I have been overweight most of my life. I truly feel this time will be different because my reason to lose the weight has changed. Before it was more vanity or for other people. Now I want to lose for my health. I am diabetic. I have had to increase my medication twice and I am still having trouble getting my blood sugar regulated. I also have chronic back pain, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I would really like to stop taking so many ...

My Goals:
Lose 150 pounds. Have my A1C and Blood Glucose in healthy ranges. Reduce my blood pressure. Become more physically fit and active
My Program:
Use the nutrition tracker, stay in calorie range.
Start out exercising 10 minutes a day and work up to more as I can.
Continue to educate myself about living a healthy lifestyle by reading at least one article a week

I am 45.
I have been with my husband for 11 years as of 2/14/2019
I have two sons ages 25 and 18.
I have one dog, two cats and two lizards.
My family is very important to me.
I am adjusting to being an empty nester. My 25 year old is in the Navy and my 18 year old is away in college.
Other Information:
I enjoy art especially Renaissance and Impressionist
I love animals
I like to read
I like to do crafts and diy projects
