Introduction Text I have been a Spark member now for a little over 2 years. I thank God everyday that Spark came into my life. It's been a wonderful, life changing journey for me. I have lost a total of 67 pounds so far, and I owe so much credit to Spark. Spark has helped me stay focused, motivated and has helped me believe in myself. I never thought I would be able to lose weight on my own, I always thought it would be some kind of "quick fix" ...but now I know that the only way to really lose weight and reach your goals is all what's inside you. YOU have to have the will power and right mind set to finally just do it! Good old exersize and eating right..is how I have been dropping pounds...who would have known it could be so easy!! I love my new life, I have never felt better, I haven't had this much energy in years. I love that I can play with my children and not get tired in the first 5 minutes. I love that I have more energy to play with my husband too :) I recently became a Beachbody coach. I lost tones of weight with the help of Beach body and Sparkpeople. So I thought I would become a coach to help others reach their goals too. If you would like to know more about beachbody send me a message. ;)

To be healthy and live healthy for the rest of my life. To pass my healthy habits and lifestyle down to my children, so they never have to battle obesity. I want to be able to look into the mirror without wanting to cry, I want to be happy with the image staring back at me! I would LOVE to fit in a single digit size of jeans!!

Going by a meal plan, watching my calories and exersizing of course. I'm currently doing Chalean Extreme and I have seen amazing results so far I also love P90X, Insanity and One on One with Tony Horton,

I have 4 children. I have an 15 year old step son (he currently lives in California with his Mother) I have had 3 beautiful children of my own. I am a proud Birthmommy to Rylee, she just turned 9 and she holds my heart in her little hands. My husband and I have had 2 babies of our own. Jayson 7 yrs and Kaylee just turned 5 !!
