Introduction Text I am currently serving God in the Dominican Republic. I love it here! I am teaching at a Christian school in the moutains here. I have one son who just turned six. I adopted him and am raising him as a single mom until God blesses me with a husband. My goal is to lose weight by adopting a healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercising.

My goal is to lose weight so I can have more energy and feel better about myself.

I am trying to stay within the recommended ranges for calories, fat, carbs, and protein each day. I also do cardio 5-6 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. My cardio is walking - I either walk outside or do a Walk Away the Pounds DVD.
