I'm a personal trainer and a certified spin instructor
I have been in the industry for over 20 years and would be happy to help anybody who has any questions. I am almost 38 and look better than I did in college. My trick is to only eat when I am hungry and to work out, there is no other way to keep the weight off.

My Goals:
My goal is to run in the marathon in April and to cut the majority of carbs out of my diet and start eating healthier.
My Program:
I run 5 miles every other day and spin twice a week. My main weakness is pizza although I despise sweets. The pictures on the screen were taken two months ago.
