Rewards for 2011:
10lbs – album from itunes
15 lbs - manicure/pedicure
20lbs – new purse
25lbs – running pants
30lbs – weight set
35 lbs- album
40lbs - running coat
45 lbs - album
50 lbs – new tattoo – on leg
Overall GOALS:
Lose weight
Be healthy
Be active
Be example for kids
Get debt free
Specific GOALS:
Drink water - 80 to 100 ounces each day
Decrease 5k to 30 minutes by end of summer.
Run a 10k by summer 2012.
Rune Disney ½ Marathon 2013.
Lose 45 pounds
My Program:
Run 4x a week for at least 30 minutes
Cross-train 3x a week
Pilates or Yoga at least 20 minutes every day
Trying to eat whole natural foods.
Personal Information:
Wife, Jesus Freak, Mom, Nana, worker, exercise fanatic...and anything else I remember to call myself. Trying to embrace and love life and everything about it...good and bad and everything in between.
