Getting healthy!
I have chosen a low carb life style. Almost Keto - but don't want to commit to that. I do not eat bread, peas, pasta, potatoes, grains, etc... I do enjoy a little bit of fruit here.
I work out 2-3 times a week plus walk when I can.
I would really love to encourage anyone to look into a low carb or KETO way of eating,

My Program:
Track my food each day.
Go to Planet Fitness after work minimum 3 times a week.
Walk the dogs 3-5 times a week.

I am 52! WOW!
My children are grown & gone, but DH & I live with Mom who has Alzheimer's to take care of her.
I play BUNCO each month with a group of ladies for the last 18 years!
