Hi, I'm Amy! I'm a California native building a new life in Arizona. I joined Spark over 10 years ago and was really successful with it, but I allowed old unhealthy habits to resurface and gained a lot of weight back. Between my autoimmune struggles and my 40th birthday passing, it's time to get refocused on health and wellness! To help increase my chances of success, this time I'm focusing on smaller milestone goals.

My Goals:
My end goal is to get to 140 pounds, but I want to focus on smaller mini goals along the way because it helps keep me motivated and focused on progress.
My Program:
Because of my Auto-Immune issues, I find that I feel best when following Dr. Weil's anti-inflammatory diet. In order to stick with it long term, I employ the 80/20 rule. Beyond that, it's lots of water and moving my body!
