Introduction Text I am always worried about my weight, on a daily, heck hourly basis, however I struggle with staying motivated to do anything about it. I just moved 14 hours from my friends and family, and am somewhat down. I like to sit on the couch after work! Help me guys:)!

To live a lifestyle that allows me to be the best Meghan I can possibly be. I want it to include energy levels, positive attiudes, and weight loss! I want it all :)!

I am exercising as frequently as possible, my goal is 6 days a week. I am tracking every thing that I consume in a day on a daily basis. I am using the same plans as several friends so I have a support group. I am feeling great about my future and am recognizing that the results I want will take time.
