Hi! My name is Mitzi and I have one little girl named Rachel and I'm currently pregnant with my second. I'm so excited! It's going to be so much harder than just one but I'm looking forward to it. I had Rachel in the dead of summer and this one is coming in Winter so I'm glad I won't be big pregnant in summer again. :-) Although I am a little worried about snow and ice, lol.

Update - Jan 2014, Had my baby boy! So lucky to have such a great family! :-)

My Goals:
Lose weight and keep it off
Stop eating junk food so much
Cook healthier
Exercise more
Have more energy without having to drink coffee to get it



My Program:
 I've stopped most junk food. The occasional pizza but mostly I cook at home.
I've started Wii Fitness. I've bought a few games. One is Wii Active. It's appearing to be good but we'll see. :-)
Really want to lose weight for a baby.


Personal Information:
I live in NC right now and have my whole life. Depending on work, I'm really hoping we get to move to SC sometime in the near future. I really would like TX but that might be stretching it a little too far. :-)

    I hope you had a better day today! I did (thank goodness) I dont know what Leighton is going through but my once always happy, always smiling baby has become somewhat of a needy baby who is irritable .. Maybe teething idk he is 6 months old but I dont feel anything coming through ..

    Thanks for checking out the blogs. I know you're not on here too often, I should have sent you an email! Speaking of which, I'm going to SparkMail you my personal email...maybe it will be easier to keep in touch that way? Anyway, things here are going good.
    Napping would be easier if it were just Carly and I. But with a very active 4 year old, not the case! Yesterday the stars finally lined up and I was able to nap for a full hour! Then last night we had a wonderful night and I got more sleep than normal! So I feel pretty good this morning. Will be interesting later this month when I have to return to school!
    I hear you on the weight! Are you still nursing? It's such a big help! I plan to nurse until about 6 months. See, I don't actually nurse, but I pump and bottle feed the breast milk. I've never been able to get comfy with actual nursing, but I figure it's the next best thing without going to formula!

    Alright, I'm totally rambling now...
    Hope all is well with you and Rachel!

    I was so glad to see you stopping by! Thanks for the get-well wishes. Stomach flu hit us hard and it's actually the first day that the girls are both back to school.
    How are you and Rachel? I'm sure she gets more and more adorable every day! Do you work or do you spend all your day with her?
