    Still hungry? Are you keeping within your calorie range? If you've some left, go enjoy them.

    Also, something that helps me when I'm hungry, is to plan...plan out the meals for the week. Often I find that the hunger I felt was really just emotional, and not physical. Doing something constructive, like planning out the week, gets my mind off of wanting to eat, eat. etc. Also, planning is helpful in at least two ways: 1) I'm able to easily grocery shop; and 2) With all the ingredients in the house, I'm more inspired to create the wonderful meals that keep me coming back for more healthy fare. Once I see that week's worth of goodness ahead of me, I'm less likely to feel deprived. At least, that's the noble idea. LOL.
