2018 battle to lose weight, get healthy and live life continues


3/22/18 I’m back to SparkPeople. When I blogged daily here I was more successful with my journey. So... here I am again. I looked at my prior post and I had reached almost an all time low of 250s. But I bounced back upwards and now this year I’m back in the 280s and the one thing I said I would never be “diabetic” they say I am. Not! So let me change things for good.
