I am eating now 20% fat 30% protein and 50% carbs . liquids only. I got 6 operations on June 1 in a hospital for 2 days, but 6 months or more to fully heal. Liquids only for 4 weeks total from the operations.steroids & gas used made me sick & can not tolerate solid foods. I had bones removed from hip, no replacement, bad bruising & stitches,hip is one surgery, bone put in roof of mouth, 2 right & left skin graft inside of mouth, 3 mouth operations total, plus 2 sinus operations for more bone in top of mouth, severe bruising on face and one eye, looks like been beaten up, can not go outside, mouth no longer pains but left leg & hip pain. Do at home exercise with bands, 1 pound weights and hand grips.

Personal Information:
6 years ago I had cervical cancer, had operation, tests negative for last 3 years. I also have blood clots in 2 lungs for 2 years, as well as for the past 18 months pleurisy & 1 partially collapsed lung & great glass attenuation that has got worse in both lungs that can cause cancer. I live in Canada. I am 55 years old. I was told on clots & pneumonia. I am seeing a lung specialist now, told lung problems need more hospital testing. I do not smoke..


Other Information:
I need less fat & more salt & more protein. Seeing a lung specialist & many blood tests & hereditary tests for clots. I get a operation on my hip June 1 where hip bone is taken by needle from hip & put in bottom gum, 2nd operation same time for top gum skin grafting, 6-12 months for healing at home.
