I am eating 20% fat 30% protein and 50% carbs . I go to the gym 2 times per. week, 65 minutes each time & 15 minute walk each way. I go to combination mindfulness, chair exercise class 2 times a week for 1 hour each time.I also go line dancing 1 day a week for a hour. I walk 1-2 hours daily as well. I exercise at least 10 hours per. week including walking

My Program:
My Spark People calorie setting 1,200- 1,550 calories a day. I exercise mostly every day. Some days only long walks. I eat 50% carbs.,30% protein,20% fat daily accurately on "EAT THIS MUCH.com"



Personal Information:
6 years ago I had cervical cancer, had operation, tests negative last 3 years. I also have blood clots in 2 lungs for 3 years, as well as for the past 18 months pleurisy & 1 partially collapsed lung & great glass attenuation that has got worse in both lungs that can cause cancer. I also have chronic pneumonia,3 types of anemia..I live in Canada. I am 55 years old.. I am seeing a lung specialist now, told lung problems need more hospital testing. I do not smoke..


Other Information:
I need less fat & more salt & more protein. Seeing a lung specialist & many blood tests I got a operation on my hip June 1 where hip bone is taken by needle from hip & put in bottom gum, 2nd operation same time for top gum skin grafting, 3 operations on sinuses, 6 months for healing at home.Total 7 operations at one time, pain gone now.
